In this guide, you will find all the information you need to make your learning experience on Seela a success. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our team at help@seela.io.
Dear Seeler,
Hello, and welcome to the Seela.io community.
You are now enrolled in our training platform and will be able to follow more than 700 hours of courses on networks, information systems and security.
1. A commitment to quality
We prioritize a simple and efficient process, focused on the exchange with both the company and the learners, to study their needs and propose the most appropriate training program.
We primarily conduct in-company training, which we customize in accordance with the learner's needs and the company's objectives.
Our educational team is here to help you move forward, whether it be for the organization of the course or for any administrative matters.
Our trainers are also committed to improving their own skills through regular training sessions each year.
The assessments of our training programs help us to ensure the continuous improvement of our teaching methods and tools.
We provide a follow-up of the trainees during and after the training.
Our registration on DATA DOCK is also declared, and our organism has obtained the referenced status under the reference 11755030075.
2. CSR commitments
- Inclusion
- Building skills
- Dematerialization of exchanges and waste minimization
3. Course structure
Welcome and customization of the training
The admission of any learner is subject to the signature of an agreement between the demanding organism (the company, Pôle Emploi, …) or the learner (training contract) and the training organization.
This convention / contract is accompanied by the detailed program of the course, based on the needs and expectations identified at the time of the request.
A pre-training diagnosis is sent individually to the learner in order to further refine the personalization of the training. It is returned no later than 5 days before the beginning of the training. These elements allow us to personalize the discussion on expectations and needs, systematically carried out at the beginning of the training.
This convention / contract is signed by all parties before the training and binds us to each other in a professional collaboration subject to precise regulations.
Professional confidentiality and good manners
Any trainee using our training structure or any training carried out in inter or intra company, directly or through subcontracting, is subject to professional confidentiality.
He or she is required not to disclose to external parties any information about the facility, other participants (from his or her facility or from another facility) or the activities carried out internally during the training.
We ask the trainees to adopt a positive and considerate attitude, while respecting the rules of good manners and politeness.
Disabilities
We are particularly committed to making our training available to everyone.
During our first meeting, we check if a handicap situation is to be taken into account. This allows us to welcome the learner in the most suitable conditions in terms of material and pedagogical needs (Diagnosis and needs assessment prior to the training).
We have a Disability Referent who is trained and aware of the needs of people with disabilities and is able to mobilize local service providers specialized in disability management.
Our educational team will pay particular attention to the development of its training around adapted workshops and materials and will provide a specific personalization enabling inclusiveness.
In addition, we have a network of partners who are experts in the field of disability and can intervene if necessary. For any additional information, please contact us by email at inclusion@seela.io or by phone at 01 85 40 04 90.

A more in-depth guide is also available to explain its interface and how to connect to a virtual machine.
E – Training supervision and community
Throughout your training, and from any page of the platform, communicate with our learning team via the chatbot :
Just ask your questions and our representatives will get back to you as soon as possible.
You can also join our community of learners by accessing Discord from the dedicated button on the platform or via the app: https://discord.gg/AUfNATbu8G
Share your best practices and resources related to cybersecurity with our community of learners on the #Share channel.
You also have dedicated channels for Seela's 4 main training paths: #NetSecOps #DevSecOps #LeadAuditor #EthicalHacker. There are also 2 channels for #Surveys and #News related to the life of the platform.
F – Dropping out
Through the Admin section of the platform, Seela provides information on student logs and successes in past lessons. Seela's teams regularly follow up with learners to help them complete their training.
If a trainee has not logged in to the platform, we contact them directly to individually assist them in their efforts. We also set up regular newsletters to maintain their interest in cyber training and organize a monthly webinar on a topic related to cybersecurity.
In the event that a trainee is in a dropout situation, we suggest the following approach:
- Contact the trainee directly to identify their constraints.
- Readjust the training curriculum to fit the trainee's needs and skill level.
- Organize regular personalized check-ups to support the trainee throughout their training.
- Set up a meeting with an expert in their field to help them understand the challenges of the programs.
- Adapt the roadmap of the program to improve their learning experience on Seela.
- Set up a face-to-face training as a last resort to mobilize them more strongly with the help of an expert from our teaching team.
- Extend the length of time the trainee has access to Seela's platform so that they have more time to complete their program.
If none of these measures are sufficient to encourage the learner to become more involved in the program, then an emergency meeting is organized to evaluate the situation.
Seela would like to emphasize that training is a voluntary act, and we cannot substitute the will of a trainee for the completion of their training.
