Problems accessing the platform and how to change your password

Are you having issues accessing the platform ?

The first step is to check if you already have an account with us. Any account created on Seela grants you access to the hub and freemium features across all our offerings.

To log in, visit: https://hub.seela.io/login

If you get the following message after your login attempt:

This means that you don't have an account with us, or at least not with this email address.

Don't worry: click on “sign up” and enter your information (no need for credit card) – you now have a Seela account. Enjoy the freemium offers on our platforms before diving into the CyberTraining, CyberUnity, or BattleHack adventures.

If you receive the following message:

Complete a password reset procedure. 

  1. Enter the email associated with your account.
  2. You will receive an email.
  3. The email contains a link (this link expires after 12 hours).
  4. Click on the link and complete the password reset procedure, and you should be able to access the Hub and other platforms (using the same password).
  5. If you encounter an error message when validating your new password, the link in your email may have expired (it is time-limited for security reasons).
