How can I update my banking information?

To change your banking information:

  • From the Hub, navigate to the side menu and click on “Profile,” then select the “Invoices” tab. Click on “Access” to open a page where you can manage your billing account.

  • From the Hub, click on any product, and then click on the “Subscribe” button. A pop-up will appear; on that pop-up, click on “Update payment method.” This will open a page where you can add a new payment method.
